The gym leaders are live. Use the gyms NPC at spawn to see who is available and where to find them.
Full teams, your order
Every leader fields a complete themed team. There is no set order to work through and no badge requirement holding back the rest of the server, so you can take them on whenever your own team is ready for it.
Cooldowns
There is a cooldown between attempts on the same leader, and it only applies after a win. Lose, and you can go straight back in.
