By connecting to play.pokeparadox.com or using this website you agree to these terms and to our server rules.

Access

Access is a privilege, not a purchase. We can suspend or remove access for breaking the rules, and we may change, restart, reset, or shut down the server at any time. We try to give notice for anything disruptive, but we cannot promise uptime.

Your conduct

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share it. Cheating, harassment, exploiting bugs, and evading punishments are all grounds for a permanent ban.

Purchases

Anything bought at store.pokeparadox.com is a voluntary contribution that unlocks in-game perks. You are buying a licence to use a feature on this server — not goods, not an asset, and not anything with real-world value. Perks may be changed or removed for balance reasons.

Purchases are handled by the store platform under its own terms, including its refund policy. Charging back rather than asking for a refund results in a permanent ban.

If the server shuts down, unused perks end with it. Buy on the basis of what the server is today, not what it might become.

Content you create

Builds, chat, and anything else you create on the server may be shown in screenshots, videos, and on this site. You keep whatever rights you have in it; you grant us permission to display it.

No warranty

The server and site are provided as they are, without warranty. We are not liable for lost items, lost progress, lost data, or downtime.

Not affiliated

PokeParadox is an independent community server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company. Cobblemon is a third-party mod distributed under its own licence.

Changes

Continuing to play after these terms change means you accept the new version.
