Mewtwo does not spawn in the wild on this server. Nothing in Cobblemon's spawn pool or our datapacks places it in a biome, so it is obtained another way — evolving, breeding, trading, or an event.

If that looks wrong, the spawn data is the source of truth: it is read straight from the server's own configuration.
